HOW TO PUT MY &ÉVE CUP?

Choose the position that is most comfortable for you and to facilitate its insertion, wet it with water or use water-based lubricant and follow the following steps. HOW TO GET MY VE CUP?

With clean hands and in the most comfortable position  and relaxed, contract the vaginal muscles to close the cup to the entrance of the vagina. HOW DO I USE MY VE CUP?
